: ̀➛ After the piloting, it would be best for you to change the password or delete our device name on your Hoyoverse account login devices for safety reasons.
: ̀➛ We will send updates regularly every day before the server reset by sending screenshots of progress and updates.
: ̀➛ We are going to take a screenshot of a part of our conversation as proof of transaction/service.
: ̀➛ We can decline a commission if it is not doable and beyond the pilot’s capabilities.
: ̀➛ Freely DM us for any concerns and to avail of a service.

-‘๑’- Payment Conditions -‘๑’-
: ̀➛ Mode of Payment: Gcash, Maya, Paypal, Top-up
: ̀➛ Before paying, kindly wait for your order invoice.
: ̀➛For PayPal payments, the client must shoulder the PayPal transaction fee. The PayPal transaction fee is indicated in the order invoice.
: ̀➛ For other currencies, the Conversion of the rates for the services might change based on the current exchange rate at the time the client will be paying.
If there are no Top-up rates indicated in the service you want to avail, just let us know.
: ̀➛ Always send us the receipt of the transaction after paying.
: ̀➛ We're not yet accepting Accounts as payments.
: ̀➛ Rush fees may apply when a client wants to rush their commissioned service. Kindly refer to the rush fee rates to see the rates for it.

-‘๑’- T&Cs in Exploration -‘๑’-
: ̀➛ We can pin all chests, puzzles, oculi, and other collectibles in the Teyvat Interactive Guide on your Hoyolab Account with your permission.
: ̀➛ If you pay in a different currency (we use PHP), your total payment will reflect the current exchange rate on the day of payment.
: ̀➛ We do not offer rush exploration services. If you require a rush service, an additional fee will be applied. This fee may vary depending on the size of the area to be explored.
-‘๑’- FAQs in Exploration -‘๑’-
1. Does Bnnsoda CLEAR all chests, puzzles, and challenges in their exploration?
➛ Bnnsoda focuses on exploring an area until it is 100% complete. This means we will only collect chests, puzzles, and other collectibles (as specified in our offers, such as oculi) until the map is fully explored.
➛ Clearing a map or area is different from 100% exploration. If you wish to collect all chests and other collectibles, you can choose our add-on services.2. Are chests, puzzles, and collectibles in quest-locked areas included in your exploration service?
➛ NO. Our pilots will not access any quest-locked areas unless the client chooses to add the quest that unlocks the area to their request.3. How does Bnnsoda calculate its rates if the client’s map has progressed?
➛ Bnnsoda uses a Rating Guide to determine the rates for a map that has already progressed. You can refer to the rating guide table for details.
➛ This method will be strictly followed to calculate the rates for maps with progress.4. What are the differences in Bnnsoda’s 2 Exploration packages?Whole Map Package:
➛ This package aims to achieve 100% completion of all areas on a map without doing the quests. It is focused solely on exploration.
➛ It is ideal for clients who have finished the main quest but have low exploration progress.
➛ Note that in this package, the client is encouraged to complete the main quests in the area (refer to the notes in our banner) or opt to add the main quest to our service. This is necessary to unlock the quest-locked areas.Whole Map Package + Quests:
➛ This package aims to achieve 100% completion of all areas on a map, including all world quests, whether minor or major.
➛ It is ideal for clients with low to zero progress on the map.
➛ The included world quests are those released alongside the map version. For example, we will fully explore all areas released in the Fontaine map in version 4.1 and complete all associated world quests. (You can ask us for the list of quests per version)
➛ Archon Quests are not included in this package.
